Independent Property Inventories Ltd is a small-medium sized, well established Inventory company based in North London covering a large proportion of London predominantly governed by the London tube network.

We offer a professional, impartial, friendly and reliable service compiling around 1250 detailed, concise and easy to read reports each year for Letting / Management Agents, Landlords, Tenants and Corporate clients.

These property reports currently include;

  • Inventory reports
  • Check-in reports
  • Check-out reports
  • Management inspections
  • Cleaning reports
  • New build snagging

Independent Property Inventories Ltd are currently looking into the provision of EPC inspections and professional floor plan services and hope to be able to add these to the above reporting services in the near future.

In respect of the above reporting services we are one of a handful of companies belonging to both the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) and the Association of Professional Inventories Professionals (APIP) and would wholly recommend the use of companies who belong to at least one of these.

Property Management

Due to the thoroughness of these inspections we invariably give out advice with regards to property maintenance / repairs, cleaning and redecoration works as well as offering impartial advice for dispute resolution.

This resulted in a small diversification of our services and the formation of our Property Management department. Although small we offer a full Management service to around 50 of our clients and can arrange or provide a multitude of services from rental evaluations, to financial advice as and when required

Requirements;

Well presented, friendly, easy going manner and good communicator
Organised individual able to work well without supervission
Computer literate with a minimum typing speed at least of 50WPM

Responsibilities include;

Meeting and liasing with clients, tenants and landlords
Accurately recording a property's condition and reporting findings
Typing up of inventory style reports from observations made
