Independent Property Inventories Ltd are a small, friendly and established independent Inventory company based in Bounds Green whose sole purpose is to conduct Inventory works.

We offer a professional, impartial and reliable service by compiling detailed, concise and easy to read Inventories, Check-in and Check-out reports for Letting / Management agents, Landlords, Tenants and Corporate clients in the London areas within the M25 and north of the River Thames.

All our clerks are trained by the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) and each must attend regular refresher courses to keep them up to date with continually changing regulations and are bound by the “Code of Practice” laid down by them.

Since the company’s formation in 2003 our services have steadily increased in popularity and now over 25 agents use our services, the feedback from whom is always very positive.

Our success is due to many factors which include; our flexible 6 day diary (Monday – Saturday), the friendly service and client liaison, the in-depth, detailed reports which are easy to follow, the quick return times and our competitive pricing structure.

Formation

Independent Property Inventories Ltd was set up by the Managing Director in 2003 after having rented out a property in Cheshunt.

The managing agent at the time did not compile an inventory at the start of the tenancy. On vacating the property the tenants took with them all the kitchen appliances, and anything that wasn’t bolted to the floor.

Because there was no documented evidence as to the property’s contents or its condition, the MD was forced to cover this loss.

To prevent similar occurrences happening to others our Managing Director set about forming the company in order to provide a service that would prevent such instances happening to others and protect the interest of all parties, namely Agent, Tenant and Landlord.
